Student Activities Plan of Action
Goal I
Establish clubs, special interest groups, fraternities/sororities to bring life to the campus. Students who join these groups and other student oriented programs will take leadership development training. To serve the student body, those who are in leadership positions are asked to fulfill duties to the letter and stay in good academic standing with the College.
CLUBS OPEN FOR MEMBERS
- Drama Club -Members can act out mini-plays/scenes, assist Musical Theatre
- Poets Society –Members can host open mic events, recite in programs
- NAACP –Members can earn perks of NAACP, plan on-campus political and academic rallies
- Steppers Club/Dance Team –Members can learn pop style dances, have access to balls and premiere Atlanta social events.
- Campus Ministries- Members can host on-campus Chapel/Services, participate in programs.
- Ambassadors/Tour Guides/Orientation Leaders- Members can direct visitors, college tours and assist in-coming freshman.
Goal II
Events presented by Student Activities are incorporated to engage student interest outside of the classroom. However, each is program does hold merit and value toward attaining information and having fun.

- MLK Weekend –Join Atlanta in Remembering Dr. King
- Founder’s Day –Honor our Founding Fathers and Mothers
- Volunteerism Series –Show your ability to serve others
- Movie Night –Watch movies, laugh, cry and come together
- Spring Affair –A formal evening of celebration of Spring
- Campus Clean-Up –Help us keep the yard beautiful
- Elections –Cast your vote for Student Government and Campus Royalty &

- Real Talk Series –Express what you think is real
- Laugh-a-liscious Comedy Series –Have fun and laugh with us
- HIV/AIDS Awareness Week –Share and gain knowledge about health and lifestyle
- Religious Emphasis Week –Come share your beliefs
- Men and Women Week –Represent success in your gender
