THE BROWNITE ADVANTAGE: THE LEGACY AND THE BENEFIT…

Welcome to Wolverine Country! Morris Brown College prides itself on a rich history of educating students, nurturing and molding characters, producing industrious graduates, and creating community leaders. Our graduates are Pulitzer Prize winners, business executives, college presidents, banking presidents, military officials, physicians and surgeons, elected officials, professors, community activists, actors, lawyers, and other key members of society. Our students hail from across the United States, and countries abroad.

In 1881, leaders of the African Methodist Episcopal Church recognized the need to create an educational institution that would make the needs of Negro students, and the Negro community a priority. Since that time, thousands of students, of varying backgrounds, have made Morris Brown College their academic home, and have used the skills gained here to make their respective marks on the world at large. We welcome the opportunity to embrace you, as a member of the Brownite family, and future community leader!

THE PATH THAT LEADS THERE…

Currently Morris Brown College is now accepting/enrolling students. All applicants must be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident, or must have been granted legal asylum by the United States government.
