 SECURITY SERVICES POLICYMorris Brown College's policy is to maintain 24-hour security services. These services protect the safety of College property, including all buildings and grounds, and the personal welfare of its students, faculty, and personnel. The College must, however, disavow and disclaim any and all liability or responsibility for property damage or loss due to theft, vandalism, and the like, and for bodily injury suffered by its students, faculty, and employees as a result of wrongful or negligent acts committed by persons who are not employees or agents of the College. The College must also similarly disavow and disclaim any and all liability or responsibility for property damage and bodily injury suffered by its students, faculty, and personnel by virtue of any act of God, riot, or the criminal activity of any person or persons, whether or not they be College employees or agents. The foregoing should not be construed, however, as the elimination or diminution of any rights of any College employee under the Georgia Workmen's Compensation Statute.
